Rehabilitative Home Safety Evaluation
Speak to your doctor today and request an in-home safety evaluation. You may be a candidate if you:
- Are over 65 years old
- Have fallen at least once in the past year
- Have a medical condition that inhibits your mobility, such as pain, recent surgery, Congestive heart failure or arthritis
- Have visual impairments
- Have muscle weakness
- Use an assistive device
