Lawrence Community Health Services

Lawrence Home Care of Westchester (LHCW) is one of the three agencies that comprise Lawrence Community Health Services (LCHS), located in Tuckahoe, NY, in Westchester County.

In addition to Lawrence Home Care, LCHS includes Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care (JHPC), and the Bereavement Center of Westchester (BCW), and operates in affiliation with Lawrence Hospital Center (LHC) and the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System.
